Meet Our Team

Ms. Stokes  obtained her  Life

Coach Certification in 2021. Since that time, she has provided virtual and in-person

coaching to families, youth, and young adults. In addition to teaching and coaching, Ms.

Stokes has worked as an Instructor and Facilitator for individuals assigned to Domestic

Violence Rehabilitation Programs. This work allowed Ms. Stokes to teach the Cycles of

Abuse and Equity in domestic partnerships and families, as well as strategies for critical

thinking, problem solving, and positive communication skills.

 Howard has been successful in the corporate, financial, and education sectors for over 20 years. He graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelors in Business. Howard has experience in the corporate world, and working in suburban and urban schools. 

Mr. Deslandes loves business and all facets of entrepreneurship. He is also passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and physical fitness. Howard loves to educate about leadership, entrepreneurship, overcoming obstacles in life and fitness.  

Mr. Naim Sanders is currently an Assistant Superintendent and has served in K-12 education for over 25 years as a teacher, principal, and charter school developer. In addition to his professional experience in K-12 education, Naim has worked as an educational consultant, college professor and is a certified Executive Leadership Coach.

Naim is a doctoral student currently completing his doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership, focusing on K-12 leadership.
